Terms of Use
Effective October 22, 2026 · Longline Games · hello@longlinegames.com
These terms cover the EXPOSED app for iPhone and iPad. By downloading or playing EXPOSED you agree to them. (The same text is set as the app's license agreement on the App Store.)
Who we are
EXPOSED is made by Longline Games, a small family studio. You can reach us at hello@longlinegames.com.
It's a game
EXPOSED is for entertainment. Every card is a suggestion or a joke, never an instruction. You decide what you do, and you can skip any card and take the forfeit instead. No card is ever mandatory.
You're responsible for what you do
- You are responsible for your own actions, messages, and posts while playing, and for complying with the law and the rules of any platform you post to.
- Don't do anything unsafe, illegal, cruel, or that could harm you or anyone else.
- Only involve people who have agreed to play along. Don't post about, message, call, or share private details of anyone who hasn't.
- Longline Games is not responsible for the consequences of any challenge, forfeit, message, or post you choose to carry out — including injury, embarrassment, loss of employment, or damage to relationships.
Adults only
EXPOSED is intended for adults. Please don't play it with, or let it be played by, anyone under 18.
Purchases
The Full Game Unlock is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple. Apple processes payment, restores, and refunds under its own terms. We never see your payment details.
No warranty, limited liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longline Games is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from anything you do while playing, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
Privacy
We collect almost nothing. Player names and scores stay on your device. See the full privacy policy at longlinegames.com/exposed/privacy/.
The legal bits
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always at longlinegames.com/exposed/terms/.
Where EXPOSED came from
EXPOSED started as a deck of printed cards Andrew's wife, Kirsten, made for a road trip with friends. Everyone loved it, so she asked if it could become an app. It could. We're Longline Games. Great games start somewhere.
